What are the characteristics of the ideal Sales Coordinator?

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a related area, preferably in the media or advertising sector;

  4. Great verbal and written English communication skills (min. B2/C1);
  5. Outstanding time management skills;

What responsibilities await you?

  1. Assist the sales team in organizing and executing sales activities, with a special focus on selling advertising space on
  2. Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and effective communication of client needs to the sales team.
  3. Maintain and update sales and customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  4. Help in the development and implementation of sales strategies, including market research and analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  5. Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, prepare necessary materials, and ensure follow-up actions are taken.
  6. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analyses, providing insights into sales performance and trends.
